Every format is differentiated for K–2 and grades 3–5, and includes a planning call, a confirmation sheet, a promotion toolkit, and the optional family book-order program.

Logistics

What your school provides

A presentation space: library, classroom, gym, or auditorium
A microphone for groups larger than one or two classes

Purchasing & Policies

Prepared for institutional purchasing

Perry Publishing works through vendor registration, W-9, purchase order, and contract requirements. Our goal is to fit your district's process, not work around it.

Invoicing

Invoice issued on the visit date; payment due net 30. Purchase orders accepted.

No deposit for schools paying by purchase order. PTO/PTA and private-school bookings without a PO reserve their date with a 25% deposit.

Travel

Travel within 50 miles of New Richmond, Wisconsin, is included. Round-trip miles beyond 50 miles are billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

Visits more than 150 miles away include one night's lodging at cost plus a $60 meal per diem.

Rescheduling

No fee for cancellations more than 30 days out; 25% at 14–30 days; 50% under 14 days.

Weather or emergency closures are rescheduled at no charge within the same school year. If Jory is ill, the visit is rescheduled at no cost.
